Ski and snowboard instructor courses come down to two things: the area you’re learning in & the instructors who are teaching you their craft. We know we’ve got both those bases covered and let’s be honest we should, this is a significant investment in yourself – it’s essential you get the best and most competitive instructors course around. It’s not only for expert skiers and boarders, far from it. Our instructors’ courses are suitable for competent intermediate skiers/boarders upwards.
Fully inclusive means we’re taking care of your whole course. You and your kit turn up at the airport and leave the rest to us. We’ll then take you to your accommodation at a true, non-overcrowded Canadian town with down to earth staff to start your experience. It’s as comprehensive a package as you’ll find on any slope.
The area you’re learning in
Kicking Horse was only chosen after travelling to all the main resorts in British Columbia and Alberta. Whislter, Blackcomb, Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper, Revelstoke, Big White, Mt Washington, Kimberly, Fernie and Silver Star were all ruled out for various reasons. Kicking Horse really stood out with its latest lifts and modern feel for the sport of skiing and snowboarding. An honest breath of fresh air amongst some pretty tatty and dated competition.
Another great attraction is the off-piste terrain. You can stand alone surrounded by a sea of peaks and incredible beauty, bathed in sunshine on many a crystal clear, still day. The powder is like some oversized frothy cappuccino. These swathes of backcountry skiing are giant blank canvases waiting for you to express yourself with turn after turn in buttery snow.
